The once small café serving light lunches has been transformed into one of the regions most popular restaurants offering an up-market, yet relaxed dining experience to accompany its internationally acclaimed wines. The executive chef produces seasonal menus that delight the senses, created from fresh locally sourced ingredients, perfectly matched with award winning wines.
A natural extension to the existing wine tourism experience will be the future development of the Clairault Estate Spa Resort, a spa and tourism concept that wineries in Europe have already embraced. Clairault has joined forces with renowned architect Jean-Mic Perrine and the experienced Jewel Hospitality group, who are the project managers, to develop a 5 star spa resort that will only enhance the international acclaim that Clairault has already achieved. This is expected to be developed over the next 2 years.
