Clairault's restaurant has an enviable reputation as one of the region’s most popular winery restaurants, a must visit when in the region.
The head chef, Jake describes his cuisine as “contemporary with a conscience” sourcing ingredients from local, ethical, sustainable and innovative producers.
While this helps to reduce the food miles ingredients have to travel, Clairault also established an organic kitchen garden in 2008 from our vision to become more sustainable. Surrounded by natural forest and vineyard vistas, it is a very relaxing and stylish dining environment.
