Enjoy traditional Spanish tapa’s, the world famous Seafood Paella (using only the finest local seafood) and delicious tapa’s desserts, prepared by our legendary Head Chef, Tim Taylor.
Live Spanish band LC Salsa is a dynamic Latin 5 piece ensemble that creates an infectious mix of diverse Latin rhythms, specialising in Salsa, Merengue, Rumba, Cha-cha and Latin jazz. They have previously featured at the Festival of Perth, Fremantle Festival and opening for Saltimbanco at Cirque Du Solei!
Clairault wines, Spanish beer and Spanish cocktails will be available to purchase at the bar.

GRAND DEGUSTATION FEATURING THE ELLE DESLANDES TRIO
An evening of the finest autumn produce fashioned into a magnificent seven course Degustation dinner paired alongside Clairault’s elegant wines, all complemented by the unique jazz sounds of Elle Deslandes.
Elle Deslandes can gently caress the soul of a tune or torch a number with all the panache and bravado it demands. As a Designer by day & Diva by night, Elle’s performances are a rare and cherished treat. Surrounded by her ensemble of WA’s finest musicians, this special evening promises a performance to showcase her unique vocal stylings.
Beer, wine, cocktails and canapés will be served upon arrival. Clairault wines are carefully matched to each course of the Grand Degustation Dinner; a 50ml glass will be served with each dish.
