The Freshness of Screw Caps

 

Sometimes tradition is not necessarily a good thing; certainly this is the case with the use of corks. Stelvin® Screw Caps are now used on all Clairault wine (from 2005 Vintage).

This will ensure that every bottle of Clairault wine opened will be as the Vineyard and Winery intended.....free from cork taints, leakers and random oxidation.

The longevity of the wines will be increased, along with consistency. Most importantly the wines will be fresher, more vibrant and you will no longer be looking for that evasive corkscrew.
